As a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, I take great professional pride in offering mediation services throughout Australia. I regularly mediate Family disputes, Estate matters, Workplace & Employment disputes and civil disputes.
family law
I am available to be briefed in a variety of family law disputes including appeals, property and parenting proceedings, recovery orders, contravention proceedings and interim and final hearings.
criminal law
I am available to be briefed in criminal proceedings from the Magistrates Court to the District Court through to the Supreme Court of Queensland, including sentences, bail applications and trials.
Domestic violence & child protection proceedings
Whether making application for a Protection Order or defending the imposition of the same, I am available to be briefed in Domestic Violence hearings.

From contractual disputes to advice on restraint of trade clauses, I am available to be briefed in a variety of civil dispute areas. I am also often asked to mediate similar disputes.
