Along with legal services, I am proud to offer a full suite of alternative dispute resolution services.

I operate Queensland Mediator, providing Mediation services as a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner throughout Queensland and wider Australia.

I mediate a variety of dispute areas, including:

• Parenting matters, as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and providing section 60I certificates as and when appropriate;

• Property matters, with both represented and unrepresented parties;

• Commercial mediations in desired settlement of claims;

• Workplace Health and Safety / Workplace dispute mediations;

• Justice Mediations; and,

• Wills and Estates mediations.
